Foot Types:

Underpronation: The outside of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with minimal pronation, causing shock to the lower leg. Pressure is experienced on the outer toes during push-off. Foot type is high arches.

Neutral Foot Type: The foot lands on the outside of the heel and then rolls inward, absorbing impact on the body. Even distribution of pressure is experienced from the front of the foot during push-off. Foot type is normal-size arches.
