Individuals with overpronation tend to have their foot land on the outside of the heel and then roll inward, transferring excess weight. During push-off, they experience pressure mainly on their big toe and second toe. This foot type is prone to conditions like shin splints, plantar fasciitis, bunions, and heel spurs. Those with low arches or flat feet may find this shoe well-suited for their needs.
